Since joining Crest Exteriors LLC in November 2017, Melanie Vancleave quickly

made her mark as a leader on the rise in business development and project

management in multi-family roofing and storm restoration. As Director of National

Accounts for Crest’s Multi-family Division, Melanie has leveraged her passion for sales

and project management with her previous experience and deep connections within the

multi-family Industry nationwide. The Crest Multifamily Division, under her leadership

has secured first-time large-scale projects in Florida with more pending, and she has

been nominated at the national level for prestigious industry awards and recognition. In

her first year with Crest Exteriors, Melanie is responsible for generating ten million

dollars in sales production.

Melanie began her career and established her strong sales foundation with Trammel

Crow Residential in Dallas as a Regional Sales Director. In her next position with

Bowen Family Homes, she finetuned her natural aptitude for sales and development

with a promotion from Sales Manager to Vice President as a direct result from growing

an initial 300 home territory to a far-reaching 14 new home sales communities in five

years. Additional positions for Melanie include Sales Manager responsibilities for

Darling Homes, and more recently, as a National Accounts Executive for PAS

Purchasing Solutions.

Her professional affiliations include: Texas Apartment Association, National Apartment

Association, NMHC Board Member, Apartment Association of Greater Dallas and

Florida Apartment Association. Melanie attended University of Texas at Arlington and

she holds CPM and ARM certificates from the National Association of Home Builders.
