After 30 years as a Developer, Preferred Contractor, Indepedent Adjuster, Executive General Adjuster and General Contractor, I retired to offer a very exclusive niche model of asset protection. 

I have developed a very strategic set of skills for all building envelope services including: asset protection through current condition reports, retail services, restoration services, management, adjusting, estimating, pre-loss and risk management.  This is aligned with the most advanced International Network of strategic vendors who have been thoroughly vetted, to perform at the highest level, for any large commercial or industrial asset.   

Here are some of my career highlights:  Currently manage nine (9) $B national portfolios with more than 17,500 commercial assets. (Fortune 500, Flagship Hotels, Property Management Firms and REIT’s)  Currently a Preferred MRP Consultant with multiple TPA's and Carrier’s, for EMS and GC restoration services.  Currently a 4X license holder in Florida.  Formerly held 8 licenses in multiple states. (General Contracting, Roofing, Independent Adjusting, Engineering, Mold Remediation, Home Inspector, Appraisal and Real Estate)  Formerly held 16 certifications. 

Supported 9 Non-Profit Affiliations: (BNI, BBB, SCORE, Toys For Tots, Salvation Army, Homes For Habitat, Ronald McDonald House, Builder Associations & Trinity Treasures)   Voted Businessman of the Year in 2002, for restoration services in Mason City, IA.  Successfully closed or managed $292M worth of construction, restoration, adjusting or consulting services.  Successfully completed $35M in joint ventures. 

Successfully contracted over 5,200 claims through mediation. (No appraisal or litigation)  Successfully wrote $214M worth of large loss estimates for our preferred vendors over the last 24 months.  Successfully closed and referred $139M worth of restoration contracts to our preferred vendors.
