Heather Hitchcock is a single mom and serial entrepreneur that has managed to rise to success in every endeavor she has committed to. Prior to entering the roofing industry, Heather owned a successful CrossFit gym and was top 150 income earners in a large multi-level marketing supplement company that had over 600,000 distributors at one time. After 30+ years of the compensation plan never changing, the company announced they would be moving to a direct to consumer pay plan eliminating leadership compensation for those that built the brand and the consumer base. Within 6 weeks, Heather went from 6 figures to $200 per month and that translated to years of financial struggle and hardship as she desperately searched for a new way to provide for her family.
An old high school buddy that was a small residential roofing contractor offered Heather $600 to run back and forth to Home Depot for a roof build and it was then that Heather was exposed to her first insurance scope. She saw how much was being paid out to replace the roof, learned what it cost and decided at that point she was going to sell roofs. 10 months later after working for 3 local contractors that had been in business for 10+ years, she realized that there was a serious need for contractors that had integrity and cared about delivering excellence. In September of 2020 (on government assistance) Royal Roofing was formed at the height of Covid with a goal of 1 roof per month. Within 6 months, Royal Roofing was re-roofing 2-4 houses per week and by way of 100% organic leads and referrals. Royal Roofing has grabbed the attention of many in the roofing industry and is on a mission to educate homeowners about their roof assemblies while inspiring contractors to be great.
