FAQ's

  • When is the SRC Summit?

    The Storm Restoration Contractor Summit is for contractors who handle storm damage claims. It was started in 2013 by April Hall. The SRC Summit is geared toward best business practices in the insurance restoration industry. You’ll hear from expert speakers, breakout sessions and have the chance to meet the vendors.

     

    February 9th Monday – Get Your Badge early & avoid the lines for main stage  from 2:30pm-5:00pm 


    Feb 10th-  Main Stage Event 8:00am Doors open Vendor Floor opens  2:30pm-5:00pm

    with Welcome Mixer 


    February 11th – Breakouts & Workshops Only 7:45am-11:30am.  Trade show floor opens at 11:00am.

  • Can I buy my ticket onsite the day of the event?

    Your ticket should be purchased online or by phone before the event starts. You will get a much better deal by pre-registering early. Ticket prices increase as we get closer to the event.  If you need to buy your ticket the day of is full price: $1,000 general admission.  $1,500 VIP, and $1795 VIP Platinum.

  • Do you offer 1-Day passes?

    Yes! The one day pass is for Feb 11, 2026 ONLY. You will get access to the breakout sessions & Vendor floor. It does not include the main conference on Feb 10th. 

  • Can I transfer / sell my ticket to someone else if I can no longer attend?

    Yes, but you must contact registration: info@srcsummit.com. You will need to provide their name, company, email and phone #.

  • I purchased a ticket/booth and have to cancel. Can I get a refund?

    No, but you can opt for ticket protection for a small fee when purchasig your ticket or booth.  If you do not choose that option, unfortunately we cannot offer any refunds. All event ticket/booth sales are final. Once the seat/booth is sold it’s been taken out of inventory and we can’t resell it.  (Just like a concert) We can transfer it to the next SRC Summit for a small fee.

  • If I purchased a ticket and I want to add more to my party, can I still get a group rate?

    Yes, please email info@srcsummit.com or call direct 469-416-6883.


  • Can I bring my child(ren) to the conference?

    We’re glad you want your family to experience the SRC Summit, but plese refrain from bringing small children.  Please inquiry about ages at: info@srcsummit.com

  • Is there a room block available?

    YES. We have a room block that is available https://www.srcsummit.com/hotels 

  • I’m need help with my hotel reservation. Can SRC Summit help?

    While we wish we could offer assistance for any issues that may arise, we do not own the hotel  and are not responsible for any problems that may occur. You can call the hotel direct 972-712-7200  Here is the link to book your room: https://bit.ly/SRCHotel2024


  • Can I record the conference sessions?

    No, we ask that you do not record any of the conference sessions. We have hired professionals to record all sessions and these recordings are available for purchase. If you purchase VIP or VIP Platinum it is included in your package.


  • Do you offer discounted tickets?

    We offer Early Bird Rates- the earlier you secure your tickets, the more you save.  We also offer Group Rates.  Simply update General Admission Tickets and the rates populate.  Or call direct 833-937-8676. We have VIP package add-ons that are also available. If a vendor provides a coupon code it will be applied to the current rate and not reflected in already discounted group pricing. 


  • Will meals be provided with my ticket purchase?

    The main stage event is on February 10, 2026 where we will be serving lunch for these ticket holders: General, VIP and VIP Platinum.   


    If you purchase VIP or VIP Platinum it includes breakfast on Feb 10-11, 2026. 


    Lunch is not served on Feb 11, 2026 for general admission or one day pass ticket holders.  


    Lunch will be served for VIP & VIP Platinum ticket holders ONLY on Feb 11th.


    The vendor area will have concessions opened Feb 11, 2026. 


  • What should I wear? Other info:

    Wear what makes you comfortable. Most choose to dress business casual.  Men- Jeans and a button down or company polo.  Women- Dresses, skirts, slacks, jeans and company shirts are always welcome. It's always good to bring a sport coat or sweater in case the Air Conditioning is extra chilly, and definitely bring a comfy pair of shoes as you will be walking around during the event.

  • Other info:

    No-Show: No refund will be provided if Customer fails to both 1) attend the confirmed event and 2) obtain advance written notice as to transfer their ticket to another event.
