April Hall is the President of Storm Consultants, LLC and the SRC Summit. April has been helping storm restoration contractors succeed through live events since 2011. April’s background started in the construction industry. She grew up with her family building custom built homes and worked with them for years. She opened her first roofing & construction company while in college with her business partner where she was the majority owner.

Years later they saw a need for a standardized training in the insurance restoration business. They created the industry’s first insurance restoration sales training. April went on the scale the business and opened Storm Consultants, LLC to run specialized industry related topics such as the Overhead and Profit Seminar.

April also created the industry's first conference of it's kind for the storm restoration industry in 2013. IRC Summit which has now evolved to the SRC Summit. This industry event is like none other. April’s aim is to help storm restoration contractors succeed all while maintaining the highest level of integrity for their customers and businesses. The SRC Summit is geared toward best business practices in the insurance restoration industry. Her team of experts will lead you through time tested concepts and applications to help you achieve more and be the best you can be in business and in life.

April has written two books and is a Twice- Best Selling Author. April co-authored Rest If You Must But Don’t You Quit which made the Amazon #4 Best Selling List in November 2016. She also co-authored, Life Defining Moments From Bold Thought Leaders which made the Amazon #1 Best Selling List in February 2018

When is the SRC Summit?

The Storm Restoration Contractor Summit is for contractors who handle storm damage claims. It was started in 2013 by April Hall. The SRC Summit is geared toward best business practices in the insurance restoration industry. You’ll hear from expert speakers, breakout sessions and have the chance to meet the vendors.

January 9th – Get Your Badge 9:00am-5:00pm (Arrive anytime to check in & get your badge)
Vendor Trade Show Opens up at 11:00am go see all the vendors and network. A few specialized workshops will be happening during the day.

If you don’t want to wait in line Wednesday morning make sure to register on the 9th and go see the vendors & join us for a mixer.

January 10th- Vendor Trade Show Doors Open 7:30am Main Event starts at 8:30am sharp. A mixer will follow at the end of the day.

Can I buy my ticket onsite the day of the event?

Your ticket should be purchased online or by phone before the event starts. You will get a much better deal by pre-registering early. Ticket prices increase as we get closer to the event. If you need to buy your ticket the day of is full price: $1,000 general admission. $1,500 VIP, and $1795 VIP Platinum.
Do you offer 1-Day passes?

Yes! The one day pass is for Jan 9, 2024 ONLY. You will get to see the vendors and attend specific breakouts and the welcome mixer.

Can I transfer / sell my ticket to someone else if I can no longer attend?

Yes, but you must contact registration: info@srcsummit.com. You will need to provide their name, company, email and phone #.
I purchased a ticket and have to cancel. Can I get a refund?

No, unfortunately we cannot offer any refunds. All event ticket sales are final. Once the seat is sold it’s been taken out of inventory and we can’t resell it. (Just like a concert) We can transfer it to the next SRC Summit for a small fee.
If I purchased a ticket and I want to add more to my party, can I still get a group rate?

Can I bring my child(ren) to the conference?

We’re glad you want your family to experience the SRC Summit, but unfortunately attendance is limited to individuals over the age of eighteen (18).
Is there a room block available?

YES. We have a room block that is available onsite at the Embassy Suites. The room rate is $157/night + applicable taxes. The group block expires on or before Dec 29, 2023. You must reserve your room with a card through our booking link. It won’t be charged till 24 hours before your check in. It is a first come first serve basis. There are not enough rooms to house the entire SRC Summit. Make sure to reserve your room early. Additionally, there are several neighboring hotels for booking once the Embassy Suites block is full. I’m need help with my hotel reservation. Can SRC Summit help?

Can I record the conference sessions?

No, we ask that you do not record any of the conference sessions. We have hired professionals to record all sessions and these recordings are available for purchase. If you purchase VIP or VIP Platinum it is included in your package.
Do you offer discounted tickets?

We offer Group Rates. Simply update General Admission Tickets and the rates populate. Or call direct 833-937-8676. We have VIP package add-ons that are also available. If a vendor provides a coupon code it will be applied to the current rate and not reflected in already discounted group pricing.
Will meals be provided with my ticket purchase?

No Meals are offered on the 9th. The main event is the 10-11th where we will be serving food for these ticket holders. VIP and VIP Platinum include VIP Breakfast & lunch on Jan 10-11th. General Admission receive a lunch on Jan 10th, not on the 11th. If you stay onsite the Embassy Suites it includes breakfast. The hotel has an onsite restaurant and snack bar. There are also plenty of restaurants close by. Uber eats is also a popular option.
What should I wear? Other info:

Wear what makes you comfortable. Most choose to dress business casual. Men- Jeans and a button down or company polo. Women- Dresses, skirts, slacks, jeans and company shirts are always welcome. It's always good to bring a sport coat or sweater in case the Air Conditioning is extra chilly, and definitely bring a comfy pair of shoes as you will be walking around during the event.

No-Show: No refund will be provided if Customer fails to both 1) attend the confirmed event and 2) obtain advance written notice as to transfer their ticket to another event.
